New products released by Bore Repair expand BOA welder lineup.

Bore Repair Systems, Inc., a New Hampshire based manufacturer of automated bore welders and associated equipment is proud to announce the market release of the new BOA-450HD and BOA-308i Compact bore welders.

In addition to the various BOA-308i configurations now available including the S1 – S5 standard and auto-skip versions, Bore Repair Systems Inc. has now added the BOA-308i Compact to the series lineup. The BOA-308i Compact, with overall length reduced by 229mm (9 in.) offers clients with previously challenging, limited space jobs an easy means of effectively repairing bores.

For customers with large diameter, high amperage applications, the new BOA-450HD bore welder is now available for sale. With the same attention to quality and details as the smaller BOA-308i, the BOA-450HD comes well equipped. Standard features include auto-skip, 127mm to 1.3m (5 in. to 50 in.) diameter bore weld range, ability to run with wire diameters of .9mm to 1.6mm (.035 in. to .062 in.), standard welding amperage rating of 300 at 100 percent duty cycle, and variable axial and rotational feed. Like the BOA-308i, the BOA-450HD also has the ability to weld faces and outside diameters.

The BOA-308i is covered under patents 6,137,076 and 6,284,995 with other patents pending. The BOA-450HD has patents pending.
