Bore Repair Systems, Inc., a New Hampshire based manufacturer of automated bore welders and associated equipment is proud to introduce the first ever portable bore finishing system model BOA-SIZER designed specifically for easy precision bore repairs.

The BOA-SIZER is a useful tool designed to finish the bore when a precision diameter and/or fine, even bore finish is required.  Press-fits of new bushings, engine rebuilds, and any bores that require precision are perfect applications for the BOA-SIZER. Single point cutting alone using a traditional portable boring bar system cannot achieve the absolute perfection that a BOA-SIZER can easily. Tool decay, material composition variations, bore bar deflection and bearing play all have an effect on boring bar cut precision. The BOA-SIZER is an excellent choice for professionals to use as a "bore finishing" tool final step. Adapter plates are available to use the BOA-SIZER as a stand-alone machine, or it may be mounted to various make and model boring systems the same way our BOA-308i bore welder may be mounted.  B&D, DL RICCI, MAC TEC, YORK and CLIMAX Adapters are currently available as an option for the BOA-SIZER bore finisher.
